The aim of this committee is to prepare a well-organized and structured quality report based on facts, verified information and valid proofs.

To provide written form that are useful for future reference.
To provide adequate and correct information as well as statistical data to the management which helps in their decision making.
To provide information of unknown facts ie new ideas, new vision, new solution.
To Focus on the writing process, invention strategies, drafting and revision techniques, and the forms and conventions of writing.
To prepare the report for all the accreditation, Government organization, University and UGC.
To endorse all the reports prepared by the departments/centers/committees to be filed for future reference.

Tenure: 2 Years

Meetings: At least twice in a Semester and record minutes of the same and submit a copy to the IQAC.
